1. General information

Ezer, operated by EzerLab LLC, is software for organizing public company disclosures, structuring financial data, and supporting financial-statement research. Website content, assessments, risk markers, charts, reports, and model outputs are for general information, education, and research.

2. No investment advice

EzerLab is not an investment adviser or broker-dealer. Nothing in the Service is:

  • a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade a security or other asset;
  • personalized portfolio advice, a price target, a return promise, or a suitability determination;
  • a promise about future performance, market direction, or investment outcome; or
  • an offering, underwriting, trade-execution, or customer-asset custody service.

Interface labels such as “assessment,” “risk,” “trusted,” or “suspect” describe research process or data quality and are not securities ratings.

3. No statutory audit or professional opinion

“Review,” “adversarial verification,” and historical references to “audit-style” describe an internal software research method. They do not mean a CPA audit, statutory audit, assurance engagement, audit opinion, or certification of financial statements.

EzerLab does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or other licensed professional advice.

4. Data and model limitations

The Service may use company disclosures, regulatory filings, third-party data, automated parsing, rules, and models. Public or authoritative sources may still involve:

  • reporting delays, corrections, or differences in definitions;
  • table-parsing, unit, currency, mapping, or translation errors;
  • source coverage or licensing limits;
  • model omissions, faulty reasoning, stale information, or uncertainty; and
  • expired links or changing third-party content.

Source links and evidence cues support review but do not guarantee complete, accurate, or current outputs.

5. Independent verification

Before acting on an output, you should:

  • read the company’s original regulatory filings and notes;
  • verify the period, units, currency, accounting standard, and corrections;
  • consider your own purpose, risk tolerance, and legal duties; and
  • consult a qualified independent professional when appropriate.

6. Historical and forward-looking information

Past performance does not indicate future results. Any inference, scenario, or trend description is uncertain and should not be treated as an earnings forecast or return guarantee.

7. Independence and third parties

Unless expressly disclosed, EzerLab does not represent an analyzed company, exchange, regulator, data terminal, or model provider. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

8. Feedback and corrections

If a source, value, or interpretation may be wrong, email joe@ezerlab.org with the page link, company, reporting period, and issue. We will evaluate and correct where appropriate, but cannot promise resolution within a particular time.
