1. Product and delivery format
Ezer is online financial-statement research software provided by EzerLab LLC. The Service is delivered entirely online; no physical goods are shipped.
Users access available company search, structured analysis, source references, history, or report-export features through ezer.cc and associated account pages. Features and quotas are described on the relevant plan page, checkout page, and in the account.
2. Free Service
The free experience is generally available when an account is created, a user signs in, or a public demo is opened. Free features may be limited by monthly quota, company coverage, report period, or feature availability.
3. Paid plans and purchase information
EzerLab offers paid digital services. Before purchase, Stripe Checkout displays the applicable price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, renewal status, and available payment methods.
- Card plans offered monthly, quarterly, or annually are automatically renewing subscriptions billed for the interval shown at purchase until cancelled.
- Alipay quarterly and annual plans offered on the Chinese-language page are one-time prepaid purchases and do not automatically renew.
- After an Alipay one-time purchase expires, you may make a new purchase if you wish to continue using paid Services.
- Plans, prices, available payment methods, and availability by region may change. The final checkout and order-confirmation information controls for a particular purchase.
4. Payment confirmation and digital delivery
After the payment provider confirms a successful payment and necessary processing is complete, we grant the corresponding Premium access. Access status and the applicable access period may be viewed through associated account pages.
A return to the site after payment does not by itself confirm payment or entitlement. If the corresponding access is not displayed within a reasonable time, email contact@ezer.cc from the account email with the order or payment identifier. Do not send a full card number, bank password, or one-time code.
5. User responsibilities
To receive delivery, you should:
- provide a working email address;
- keep account details accurate;
- use a supported browser and stable connection;
- protect login credentials; and
- confirm that payment is not pending, failed, returned, or disputed.
6. Data and report availability
Company, period, source, and report-format coverage changes with public disclosures, licensing, and technical support. A subscription purchases software access; it does not guarantee coverage of every security, market, year, or filing, or that research is suitable for a particular decision.
7. Service problems and remedies
If we fail to deliver paid core access under this Policy, we will first try to restore access. If we cannot restore it within a reasonable time, a refund or other appropriate remedy may be available under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
