1. Current status

Ezer Premium is currently accepting early-access requests. Joining the list does not create a charge, and there is no paid subscription to cancel before live checkout becomes available.

This Policy will apply when EzerLab LLC begins directly selling paid Ezer digital services. Final checkout will show the price, currency, billing interval, and renewal status before payment.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time through account subscription controls. If those controls are unavailable, email joe@ezerlab.org.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • No new renewal charge will occur after effective cancellation.
  • You will normally retain paid access through the end of that period.
  • Deleting an account may not cancel a subscription held by a payment provider; cancel the subscription first or contact us.

3. First subscription refund

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days after the first subscription charge. We will generally approve first-purchase requests where the paid service has not been materially abused or used to consume substantial Premium resources.

We may deny a voluntary refund beyond mandatory legal rights where there is fraud, automated extraction, substantial overuse, or a breach of the Terms.

This window does not reduce any rights provided by applicable consumer law.

4. Renewals, partial periods, and prorating

Subscriptions renew for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Except where required by law or under Section 5:

  • started renewal periods are normally non-refundable;
  • cancellation does not create a prorated refund for the current period; and
  • unused quotas are not redeemable for cash or transferable.

If you miss a cancellation deadline for a reasonable cause, contact us promptly. We will review the circumstances and usage, but cannot promise a refund.

5. Duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or undelivered charges

Contact support promptly if:

  • the same subscription is charged more than once;
  • the amount or currency differs from final checkout;
  • paid access is not available within 24 hours after confirmed payment;
  • billing continues after an effective cancellation; or
  • you reasonably believe a payment was unauthorized.

After verification, we will restore access, stop an incorrect renewal, or refund an incorrect charge as appropriate. Unauthorized payments should also be reported immediately to the card issuer or payment institution.

6. Service unavailability

Brief maintenance, third-party outages, or user-device problems ordinarily do not create a refund. If core paid Ezer functionality is materially unavailable for 48 continuous hours for a reason within our control, we may provide an extension, credit, partial refund, or full refund based on impact.

7. How to request a refund

Email joe@ezerlab.org from the account email and include:

  • the account email;
  • transaction date, amount, and order or payment identifier;
  • the reason for the request; and
  • a screenshot relevant to an error or non-delivery, if applicable.

Do not email a full card number, bank password, or one-time code.

8. Timing

We normally acknowledge requests within 2 business days. After approval, we promptly initiate a refund to the original payment method. Banks and card networks commonly need another 5–10 business days to display funds; actual timing is controlled by the payment institution.

9. Payment disputes

If you have a billing question, contact us first so we can provide transaction information and investigate quickly. This does not limit your legal right to contact your card issuer or file a dispute.
